Consulting Fees
Fees are normally established on a fixed fee basis for the work requested.
At any time dring the tennis feasibility study, if TPC's findings indicate a questionable or inadequate tennis market, TPC will suspend its work to discuss its findings with the client to determine if the feasibility study should continue.
Travel and subsistence expenses are charged at cost where out of city travel is authorized by the client.
A reasonable amount of initial conference time will be provided without charge for initial project discussion.
